Jamie Morin
Hi, I’m Jamie, the artist behind Jamie Morin Designs.
From my studio in Lund, Sweden, I create handcrafted calligraphy and illustration for live events, brands, and custom projects, working with clients both locally and internationally.
I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember, but spent more than a decade working in architecture and interior design before realizing I wanted to return to making art with my own hands. In 2018, I studied calligraphy through the Smithsonian Studio Arts program in Washington, D.C., and quickly fell in love with the craft. Studying calligraphy also led me back to my first love: drawing.
In 2020, I founded Jamie Morin Designs, bringing together my love of lettering and illustration with the problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail I developed through my architecture career. I continue to explore new techniques and refine my craft, creating unique, personal and thoughtful artwork.
Whether I’m creating something live at an event or developing a custom piece for a brand or individual, my goal is to make the process feel as thoughtful and seamless as the finished work, while creating something that feels distinctly yours.
